Preparing a good package is very important. Get a well-preserved box and appropriate packaging materials. The components you are sending us must not move inside the package and they have to be protected from damage.

How should I send you my bike’s wheels?
Wheels must be cleaned and free from any type of adhesive and glue on. If you do not require removal and replacement spoke wheels service , you have to send only the main part. If you want to use our wheel building service, you have to send the wheels without tires, disc, crown and band nipples.

What parts can I anodize?
You can only anodize aluminum components and its alloys (Alloy, anti-corrosion ...) obtained from solid or at fusion. All components derived from merger can’t be anodized due to their alloy composition which reacts with the oxide in abnormal ways.All components must not be painted.
How do you work on the components that I send you?
All the parts are degreased, pickled, polished, anodized, and are monitored carefully to avoid the presence of defects. We guarantee our highest quality.
I own some oxidized parts, can anodize them anyway?
Anodizing oxidized components does not guarantee an excellent quality result. It depends on the stage of oxidation, there may be little white dots and streaks on the surface of the component,after treatment. In these circumstances, then we do not assume responsibility for the final result.
Can I RE-anodized my components? Sure! Thanks to our process of pickling, which allows you to delete the old anodizing and proceed with the new one.
Can i send components with bearings, bolts, bushings, etc..?
No all you parts must be sent without bearings, screws, bushings, rivets in iron or plastic adhesives and glue.
